Hardcoded units are software or hardware units which are developed by creator and (or) operator.
There are several types of hardcoded units:
Dictionaries - word dictionary, phrase dictionary, text pairs.
Each hardcoded unit is
represented in the main memory by one or more concept(s). This concept is surface concept, because it is directly connected
to a hardcoded unit.
Hardcoded units may fire (generate) events.
