Language thought is a text thought in one language only.
In other words: language thought is a set of text concepts. Every concept is this set has direct relation to the concept of specified language.
Example:
“English language
thought” is a set of concepts which relate to “English language” concept
“Russian language
thought” is a set of concepts which relate to “Russian language” concept
Example:
“Cat is an animal” is
English language though because this
text thought consists of English text concepts only: “Cat”, “is”, “an”, and “animal”.

I am sure
that you are, like many millions of other immigrants, mix two languages. You
will say a sentence with both English and Russian words and even grammar
together. And, this sentence will have a perfect sense to you and to another
immigrant.

to a thought, that it might be not good to put strict boundaries between
languages.
1) Yes, it’s better not to put strict boundaries between languages. Strong AI should be able to treat such mixture of languages. I don’t distinguish different languages in text thought
2) In other hand, if we are talking about language translator, then we’d better separate languages from each other. After all, not many people use mixture of languages in their speech. For instance I’m usually trying to avoid mixing languages in my speech.
